A 50-year Inheritance
FugeMads /ˈfuːəˌmas/ — a play on fugemasse, the Danish word for sealant — was founded in 2016 by Mads Henriksen.
Raised in the trade alongside his father and uncle, he inherited over 50 years of combined experience before launching his own vision at just nineteen.
His uncompromising precision soon attracted Denmark's most demanding architects and high-end interior brands.
After a decade in the field, however, the daily reality of the industry became impossible to ignore.
Arriving at a flawless installation armed with ten different generic silicone colors — debating with the client over which was the least bad match — was a broken system.
It became obvious that sealing the transition is only half the job. The appearance of silicone must be a deliberate design choice rather than a practical afterthought.

We don't use standard color codes — we engineer precise chemistry directly from your physical materials, matching depth and optical weight to give the eye nothing to catch on. Your formula is then archived exclusively in your name.
You supply the physical reference — a tile chip, a stone sample, even a small offcut. We engineer the exact formulation. Once approved, the formula is locked in a private library under your name. No one else has access to it.
